in the requested received by our Foundation on 31st October 2013 you have asked for financial assistance from the Foundation for the gas installation works to be accomplished in your apartment located at 1055 Budapest Szent István krt. 13. V/2. as indicated below:
“… gas boiler, turbo 12.5 m extraction, at an approximate price of 220.000 HUF,
Design costs: 45.000 HUF,
Technical inspection: 40.000 HUF,
Gas meter reinstallation: 15.000 HUF,
Connection between the meter and the house – copper piping and section, plus additional accessories: 86.000 HUF,
Labour costs for these works: 60.000 HUF.
This in total amounts to 466.000 HUF…”
With respect to the condition of your child, Vivien our Foundation commits to cover the purchase of the gas boiler and gas installation works, which is a total cost of gross 584.200 HUF based on the quote received from Indoor Conduit Kft. This price 118.200 HUF higher than the amount indicated in your request.
We have informed the construction company at the time of ordering the work that you are entitled to receive the total amount required for the purchase of the boiler upon presenting the respective invoice.
The final invoice, including the remaining amount, can only be submitted and settled, when the Local Government of the 5th district after viewing the premises certifies the completion of the works.
In consideration of the condition of Vivien and the soon approaching winter our Foundation also provides support in making available the expert authority opinions required for putting the system into operation as soon as possible.
I would kindly request you to inform me about the completion of the works without delay in order to ensure faster management of this case.
I would like to inform you that based on the decision of the Advisory Board of the Foundation it will not be possible to fulfil any additional extraordinary requests.
The regular financial support, vitamins, medications and diet supplement products will be granted to Vivien also in the future.
We are hoping that by our support we could contribute to the earliest possible recovery of your child.
