Boglárka Amey has her long hair cut with a broad smile on her face.
The foundation which supports children with cancer launched its campaign a few years ago with the aim to use the hair that is cut and donated by generous people to prepare wigs for children who lost their hair as a result of chemotherapy. This is the very campaign that Boglárka Amey, second lady-in-waiting of the Queen of the West 2009 has joined now.
“Today I had my hair cut for a great purpose. Within the framework of the program launched by the Children Cancer Foundation called “A lock is for you, treasure is for them” we can put a smile on little faces again:) I hope this lock will get onto a smart little head!:) I do hope that my message will reach many people and there will be more and more people donating their hair!:)” – Boglárka posts on her Facebook page.
